 Duncan Cottages
at Watervale consists of 8 weekly rental cottages on Lower Herring Lake near
the southwest corner of Benzie County, Michigan. Located next to the historical Watervale
Inn, each of the Duncan Cottages has a unique history and personality. All cottages
have a full kitchen and all the conveniences.

dinner at the Inn.
 Guests may also enjoy the large boathouse deck overlooking
Lower Herring Lake or stroll the pristine Lake Michigan beaches a short distance
from their door. |

in the area include boating, fishing and other water sports, hiking, biking, and
much more.
 In the nearby communities of Arcadia, Elberta, Frankfort,
Benzonia, and Beulah there are plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, all within
a few minutes of the resort. |

Origianlly a Sears and Roebuck home and assembled on-site in 1924. This is a two-story,
six- bedroom, two and a half bath cottage. It has a living room with a wood-burning
